Online Sanctioned Tournaments Application

********Welcome to TSSA Tournament Application and Hosting Approval******

This online application is the process used for an affiliated league to apply for Hosting a TSSA Tournament and/or League.
- Once online application completed, TSSA will receive an email requesting approval.
- When event has been approved it will automatically post to the TSSA Santioned Tournament List on our website.

NEW SEASON APPLICATIONS (2026-27) ARE OPEN!
Application window will be open December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 for the upcoming seasonal year's tournaments that will be held August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027.

ANY applications submitted outside this window will be accepted on a one by one basis based on open dates and will be charged the LATE FEE listed before review.

DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATIONS ON STATE CUP or TSSA AGM weekends, they will not be approved as ref coverage will not be available.

TOURNAMENT FEES DUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION and BEFORE APPROVAL:
Indoor: $200
Outdoor: $500
LATE FEES:
Indoor: $200 + Tournament Fee
Outdoor: $500 + Tournament Fee
